JONATHAN T. TREXLER, ESQ.

Mr. Trexler obtained his LL.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law, where he served as Graduate Editor of the New York University Journal of International Law and Politics. He obtained his J.D., magna cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Hamline Law Review. Mr. Trexler is highly experienced in commercial litigation, jury trials, international trade, tax disputes, and construction and real estate matters. He has represented individuals as well as a wide variety of corporations, and has obtained favorable results in court for them.

YUJIAN ZHANG, ESQ.

Mr. Zhang came from Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture located in the mountains of Southwest China. Mr. Zhang obtained his B.A. and Master of Law degree from Southwest Jiaotong University in Chengdu. He then obtained his LL.M from College of William and Mary in Virginia. Mr. Zhang is currently admitted in New York State Supreme Court.

With legal knowledge of both China and the U.S., Mr. Zhang is also very experienced in contract related matters, business transactions, trade and negotiations, legal research and consultation on legal strategy, and Employment based immigration, and U.S. government contracts. Mr. Zhang also represented clients in courts and obtained favorable results
